  • Are your devices guaranteed?

    Yes, absolutely, we provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase included in the price.

  • What percentage do the batteries have?

    The batteries of our devices are fully tested, of course, since they are reconditioned devices from a previous use we cannot guarantee a capacity equal to 100% but we guarantee a percentage of life equal to or greater than 80%

  • What are your shipping times?

    Shipping times are 24 / 48h for products ready for delivery, while for items not in stock they can vary from 5 to 10 working days.

  • DISPLAY / BATTERY MESSAGE

    From IOS15 onwards, Apple on the following iPhone models (XR / XS / XS MAX / 11/11 PRO / 11 PRO MAX / 12/12 PRO / 12 PRO MAX) highlights the replacement of the display and batteries by sending a message when switching on the device, but do not worry if you see this message in your new device there is nothing wrong it will disappear by itself in about 10/15 days, however this assures you that your new device is equipped with new components and therefore is a synonym that your product has actually been refurbished.
